Abstract

The study aims to investigate aspects of discomfort and contextual perceptions of secondary school teachers, watching their possible role in the perceptions of the school context and in the conditions of well-being and ill-being of students. One of the research goals is to relate aspects relating to the conditions of teachers with the perceptions of students. There are two measuring instruments for teachers. The first instrument detects the burn-out conditions (the Maslach Burn-out inventory General Survery - Bakker, Demerouti, & Schaufeli, 2002), the second instrument detects the perceptions of the working context (Management Standard Indicator Tool - Rondinone, 2012). The data relating to the teachers were crossed with those relating to the measurements of well-being and discomfort of their students. This study has set itself the objective of considering the different levels of the school context (students, classes, teachers) trying to integrate the points of view of the various interlocutors studying their mutual effects.
