NEAAL 2030: towards a permanent commitment in Adult Education. Adult educators and learners between accessibility, responsibility and resilience

Abstract
The New Agenda for Adult Learning (NEEAL 2030) defines priorities for future educational actions and policies by establishing four pillars: inclusion, sustainability, justice, resilience. In spite of the innovative potential enunciated, the document reveals critical aspects on which it is necessary to propose a pedagogically oriented reflection in order to create a living culture of lifelong learning, generating a comprehensive and personalized approach to adult learning.
