Professional training in Industry 4.0 perspective: CRM and Cloud Computing

Abstract

The National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) is part of the Next Generation EU (NGEU) programme, represents one of the strongest responses to the challenges of European countries, emerged considering the consequences of the SARS-Cov2 pandemic. This paper presents the theoretical-conceptual framework of a research project, developed as part of PhD study, financed within the National Operational Program on “Research and Innovation 2014-2020”, in partnership with a Campania transport and logistics company. The research project, which is currently in its early stages, is based on the objectives outlined in the NRRP for digitization, innovation and competitiveness, and cohesion and inclusion. Between the objectives of this research project is to address the digital transition in the business field, by offering training on the job, aimed at promoting specific competencies for the conscious use of modern enabling technologies, to facilitate cloud data management processes.
