Abstract

The promotion of gender equality in educational and school contexts requires the active commitment of the leadership.


Based on the existing literature and some research experiences, it is described how the professionalism and reflexivity of the leadership and the educational community are essential elements on which the promotion of gender equality and the implementation of specific interventions for its realisation are rooted and nourished.
