Experience of portfolio and balance of skills in the cooperative field
Main Article Content
Abstract
The paper reports about a portfolio/balance of competences methodology that was applied by a University of Padova team within the coope-rative sector in collaboration with Confcoopera-tive, Irecoop e Metàlogos. The experimental phase of the project shows that the integration of portfolio and balance of competences tools produces two positive results. On one hand it encourages participants to reflect upon their own experience as well as upon their own lear-ning by focusing on how to become aware of themselves and of relevant relations (formative and guidance features). On the other hand it becomes an opportunity to record and to sy-stematize participants’ experience focusing on personal, educational, and professional ele-ments (certification feature).
