Educational and Health Integration: A Collaborative Approach in Hospital School
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article explores the importance of hospital education as a fundamental tool to ensure access to learning for young patients, helping to reduce the risk of social and work exclusion. Through the integration of Interprofessional Collaboration Theory (CIP), Educational Communities, and Communities of Practice (CoP), it proposes an innovative educational model that promotes synergy among teachers, healthcare professionals, and families.
Existing practices and effective intervention strategies are analyzed, highlighting how a collaborative approach can collectively improve the educational experience and promote meaningful learning. This approach not only supports inclusive and quality education but also provides opportunities to ensure that all young patients can develop the necessary skills to face the complexities of life while addressing the future challenges of the educational context.
