Abstract
ENGLISH ABSTRACT
The paper gives an account of an innovative project involving migrant students and mothers in language literacy courses and, more broadly, artistic collaboration in the territory of Reggio Emilia. The initiative, which facilitated the establishment of a CPIA class for mothers within the primary school attended by their children in the center of Reggio Emilia, has catalysed research processes designed to enhance the understanding of in-service and pre-service teachers regarding the concepts of integration and inclusion. This endeavour has also enriched the resources and pedagogical strategies available for both adults and children. In the intercultural and decolonial pedagogical perspective, integrated system actions oriented to social justice in education have been implemented.
Keywords: social justice, intercultural pedagogy, language literacy, tales, photographic language.
