Teacher training in primary and early childhood education: the effectiveness of a network for promoting innovative experiences

Abstract
Integrated Digital Education (IDE) has increasingly impacted teaching over the past 10 years, during which its potential for fostering active and participatory student learning has been explored. The need to train school staff for the digital transition has thus become a priority in the field of Education. Many platforms, such as Moodle, offer an open-source learning environment and numerous tools to facilitate this transition. The article aims to present some reflections and operational proposals on the initial and in-service training of primary and early childhood teachers, integrating digital skills into the initial curriculum (teaching, workshops, and internships) and in professional development courses throughout their careers. In this context, it will also highlight the importance of synergy and constructive dialogue between different institutions that operate in various ways in teacher training.
