Abstract

The European Union recommendations emphasize the necessity to strengthen guidance, career counseling and training to support the acquisition of career management skills and competences in the job. From an educational point of view, the guidance perspective is configured as an individualized support and a person’s accompaniment, from childhood, in the process of building personal knowledge, developing interests and aptitudes, transversally to the curriculum’s disciplinary areas.

The paper, after having examined this complex scenario, presents some practical proposals, such as didactic declinations of the training guidance modules (D.M. 328/2022), developed by a group of teachers during the university training, regarding the inclusive dimension of the processes.
