A Partnership for Sustainability: the Multilevel Multistakeholder Model of Participated Evaluation (3M.VaP)
Main Article Content
Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic crisis is proving to be a key opportunity to increase training processes aimed to enhance and improve individual and organisational performance and development. A very important aspect, although often not enough considered, is the evaluation of training.
In this context is framed the present study which aims at developing a new evaluation model, responding to a real request of a training institution. Starting from the classic models currently in use and offered by the literature, it integrates them with a dimension of pedagogical consistency investigated at every level and phase of the training process, with the double purpose of assessing the quality of the training provided and ensuring a real learning transfer to the workplace. In this paper, we present the literature review, the conceptualisation of the model and related tools, using a multilevel and multistakeholder approach and its first validation using the Delphi with experts in the field. Perspectives for the administration of the tools and for research development are also outlined.
