Main Article Content
Abstract
In an age of crisis an educational emergency is to promote empowerment and social inclusion for all citizens. Is also important have a more carefull look on the theme-issue of women's emancipation and in parallel the role that edu-cation may play. Some philosophical theories lend themselves to being read pedagogically, so increasing the opportunities for reflection. Among these, the theory of human capabilities of Martha Nussbaum offers himself as ground for building a set of teaching competences, a downright "educational alphabet" for the imple-mentation of formative action aimed at the de-velopment of a culture of gender identity. An "educational alphabet" doesn't offer certain solutions, but open to new possibilities, pro-jects and ideas, new utopias, so dear to peda-gogical thinking.
