Abstract

This paper refers to a Roma TRE University Project, developed within the Department of Educational Science. It’s entitled "DISCOLA. Early school leavers goodbye. The teaching profession to ensure academic success”. The research idea is mainly oriented to highlight, within the school context, the opportunity to develop learning environments in which professional practices allows teachers to grow beyond the initial training, adding new relational, organizational and planning skills. School Autonomy is the starting point of educational reforms and participation, as the engine for people welfare and the education quality itself, through the promotion of cooperative learning, able to ensure educational and tuition achievements.
