The teacher working in prisons is one of the key-figures in the prisoners's education. Accor-ding to the prison Reform, this teacher is in charge of programming and controlling the pa-ths to education and rehabilitation. This article presents the results of a research on rights and duties of the teachers working in prisons and the convicts.Downloads
