The paper focuses on the main elements of the Competences Certification National Sy-stem (SNCC) required by the National Law 92/2012, by the related Decree 13/2013 and by the State-Regions Agreement. The issue of validation of informal and non-formal learning as well as the Competences Certification Na-tional System are key factors to implement li-felong learning towards better employability for citizens. In the description of the elements of the new SNCC, the paper deepens the role of the advi-sor to accompany and support the process of identification and validation of competences, by defining his functions, tasks and posture. In particular, the importance to allow the person to act a reflective process as well as some me-thods to explicit prior experiences are hi-ghlighted.Downloads
