The present document presents some of the speeches of the Seminar held in Florence between March and October 2018 on the theme of the recognition of acquired competences in the no formal and informal contextes. The experiences and the study’s cases discussed in the work groups are considered. A National Plan of competences developpement in the lifelong learning perspective is proposed.
