Abstract

The learning environment plays a fundamental role in promoting well-being and in the quality of teaching. Many national schools in recent years have chosen to invest energy and resources in the introduction of the DADA Model (Didactics for Learning Environments) which enhances the relationship between the individual and the environment. The contribution completes the cognitive framework of the repercussions on DADA schools and reports how the results of the monitoring became material for a training experience during the "Dirigenti Insieme" seminar which led to the definition of the construct of "Humanistic Management".
