Support the evaluative competences of in-service teachers. Early results of a pilot investigation.

Abstract
The work describes an exploratory and intrinsic case study conducted on an in-service training pilot program realized between 2021 and 2022 as part of a survey-training that involved 22 teachers from the same school in the Bergamo district. After the methods of data collection and analysis regarding the knowledge and skills of the teachers involved, the first results are presented in terms of learnings (wider choice of strategies and tools for observing learning events) and program monitoring (limits of the classic model of 'goal-based' training programs and possible openness to ‘responsive’ approaches).
