School drop out and risk of NEET. From fragility and precariousness to social success through proposals of intervention

Abstract
The paper is an examination of the condition of the Italian youth who remain on the edge of the educational system and employment, by analyzing the resources invested in education, the drop out rates, the likelyhood of employment in relations to the NEET status in the view of the particular historical moment we are experiencing.
