Budding researchers. What you don't expect from the PCTO

Abstract
Beginning with a systemic pedagogical review of the PCTO training and courses (Pathways for Soft Skills Training and Guidance) the article proposes a reflection on a cooperative learning experience proposed to 51 high school students invited to put on the shoes of the researcher. The article proposes, starting from a systemic pedagogical reading of the training and paths of PCTO (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation), a reflection on a cooperative learning experience, proposed to 51 high school students invited. The project “Orientation between school and work - Workshops for guidance and development of soft skills” has represented for young people an unusual experience for the development of transversal skills through an innovative and inclusive method. In fact, the budding researchers carried out a qualitative interview to collect non-linear orientation stories to reflect on their future ideas and choices.
