Abstract
Fast track labour market integration programmes for refugees and asylum seekers are treated through the analysis of the specialized literature in three countries (Germany, Norway, Sweden). The selection is due to the intense migratory flow that has been recorded therein and to the number of refugees that has been mmanaged in the period that is considered in the paper, before the sanitarian emergency (2010-2019). The programme is described by looking at its components that resources selected highlight. Learning device that is being used is analysed as well along with the forms of work-based and workplace learning that the programme promotes. The evaluation of the programme is seen as an area where research can investigate on in order to feed policy making.
