Abstract

The pandemic caused by the spread of Covid-19 meant that the school took up a new challenge: a profound restructuring of teaching activities, with consequent reverberation on the psychological and pedagogical dimensions of teachers, students and parents. In a period dominated by fears and uncertainties for the future, the objective of a new teaching method should have had a double task: to guarantee the continuity of learning, albeit with alternative methods, and the maintenance of the relationship between students and teachers. Through an excursus of some researches on the topic, the present paper aimed to explore the experiential and emotional awareness of the main protagonists of school institutions, with reference to a survey conducted by our research group: the aim is to provide a cue for reflection on distance learning and how successful it has actually been in making the school a place of cohesion, of union in social distancing.
