Adult Education: It's never too late to think. Conference state regions 2000 and communication of the commission on adult education: a thematic analysis

Abstract

The article compares two documents “Accordo Stato-Regioni-2000” (Italia); “Adult learning: it is never too late to learn” (Commission of the European Communities) to analyze the ideas of: adult; adult learning; lifelong learning.
Finality is that to reflect on the differences and analogies for a best use of these concepts in the discourses and in the practices of the li-felong learning.
