Innovating education: Integrating academia and the workshop in the development of human capital

Abstract
Education is reinterpreting its way of being, overcoming the classical scheme of training and going beyond the mere updating of know-ledge. Methodologies as the active participa-tion and facilitation are adopted, which guide team work, simulations and discussion groups. The result is the improvement of the work pro-cessing and of staff motivation.
