Abstract

Education is reinterpreting its way of being, overcoming the classical scheme of training and going beyond the mere updating of know-ledge. Methodologies as the active participa-tion and facilitation are adopted, which guide team work, simulations and discussion groups. The result is the improvement of the work pro-cessing and of staff motivation.
