Abstract

Nowadays, within scientific and professional communities, the need for shared models and theories, methodologies and strategies is strongly felt in the domain of teaching and pe-dagogic relationship. Different techniques and methods can entail different ways of building the pedagogical relationship. This variety may lead to confusion, and even to damage for the individual’s development if the appropriate education theory is lacking. Further, any edu-cation theory needs to be based on a theory of human learning, and in any case, teaching strategies needs to develop according to a consistent theory. This differentiate the profes-sional educator from the practitioner.
