Learning, Practice and Skills. Towards the construction of a new attributes kit for the subject
Main Article Content
Abstract
The protagonists within a project must be able to “reinvent themselves” in a constantly chan-ging society, taking a position of accountability and acceptance of change. The key word here is "competencies" whether they are acquired through formal, non-formal or informal learning methods. Learning, therefore, has become im-perative in order to recognize the strategic im-portance of learning how to learn. This paper aims to illustrate – beginning with a reflection on learning theories, practical intelligence and human capacity - the first results of the Euro-pean project CREA.M, regarding the construc-tion of possible devices for the certification of non-formal and informal competencies.
