Abstract
The situation of intellectual professions in Italy is stiffened and limited by a system of profes-sional orders, trusts and boards that has no equal in the world, and makes it impossible to solve the problem of intellectual unemploy-ment, of the low number of titrated and gradu-ated, and the problem of abandonment and dispersion at school and university, and that one of the discomfort associated.
The alternative way of certification by pluralist not monopolist associations, according to Eu-ropean directives, may offer a viable diverse choice, and a good decisive contribution. Some pedagogical reasoning may be useful.
