Generative pedagogical consultancy for personal and organizational wellbeing

Abstract

In the precarious and changing scenario of today's working stage, striving to achieve well-being in the professional field is a pedagogically emphasized challenge, given the importance of promoting the professional growth of individuals, avoiding exclusion and social inequality, and improving the individual and community. The paper examines the dialectic between organizational well-being and individual well-being, and identifies a special pedagogical category in the communicative relationship to achieve a better quality of individual and collective life, owing to its generative and inclusive power. Given the importance of vocational training for the construction of an adult identity with effective relational skills, it is argued that the development of this training should be promoted through pedagogical counselling in organisations, as an educational device oriented to work and social inclusion.
