Abstract

Access to tertiary education for young post-migrants (Zoletto, 2012) is a challenge for educational systems (Marmolejo et al., 2008) aimed at promoting quality, equitable, and inclusive education (Morgan & Houghton, 2011) and equal educational opportunities for all (Tarozzi, 2015). This contribution aims to present the state of the art of research regarding the transition to higher education for students with a migrant background and possible research trajectories.
