Abstract

The world of work is evolving with increasing flexibility and precariousness. In this context, corporate purpose emerges as a new paradigm, where companies go beyond profit maximization to create social value and collective well-being. This approach emphasizes shared missions and values that guide strategic decisions. Purpose represents an organization’s raison d'être and ultimate goal.
This paper examines how a clear, shared purpose can transform organizations by enhancing employee well-being and corporate performance. Key elements include shared leadership, effective conflict management, and trust-based relationships. Case studies demonstrate how a purpose-driven approach significantly impacts business sustainability and employee satisfaction.
