Abstract

Some surveys show an alarming picture on the Italian phenomenon of lowskilled and lowqualified adults. The contribution, starting from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, the identity change and the aims of adult courses, reflects on the training offer of the CPIAs, which must offer appropriate responses to the training needs of businesses and society. Hence, the redesign of the CPIA curriculum represents a way to guarantee the right to lifelong learning.
