Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro: dalla fotografia dello stato dell’arte alla costruzione di un’ipotesi di futuro possibile

Abstract

In questo articolo vengono presentati e discussi gli esiti di un’indagine svolta nel secondo semestre dell’a.s. 2015-2016 che ha interessato un campione di 4558 studenti di una rete di scuole site nel quadrante sud-est della Capitale. La fotografia che ne emerge da una parte evidenzia le criticità esistenti nell’applicazione delle prescrizioni contenute nella recente riforma Buona scuola relativamente all’alternanza scuola-lavoro, dall’altra fa emergere aspettative e speranze che i ragazzi ripongono nelle potenzialità di tale esperienza. A seguire, viene illustrata un’ipotesi di lavoro che potrebbe consentire di mitigare le criticità riscontrate grazie: a) alla realizzazione di incubatori di progettualità; b) all’introduzione di processi di didattica attiva imperniati sulla centralità del progetto e la diffusione della cultura del design. 

In this paper we report and discuss the results of a survey conducted in the second semester of the year 2015-2016 that involved 4,558 students of a network of schools located in the southeast quadrant of Rome. The outcomes of the survey highlighted on the one hand a set of criticalities that have been met in the application of the provisions contained in the recent reform, called "Buona scuola" (good school), as far the dual education (alternanza scuola- lavoro) is concerned, on the other brought out expectations and hopes that students are placing in the potentialities offfered by the dual education. Afterwards, we illustrate a working hypothesis intended to mitigate the above criticalities by means of: a) the implementation into the schools of incubators of projectuality; b) the activation of a design based learning and the dissemination of an adequate design literacy.
