Abstract

Beginning from the analysis of a phenomenon that has interested the university institutions in the last years – the more and more significant presence of adult students enrolled in gradua-tion courses of the new regulations – this arti-cle intends to analyze and understand the prin-cipal legislative measures as concerning the new graduation courses to find those elements more directly linked to the education of adults. Even if it seems there isn’t a particular atten-tion for this problem, after a close examination of the documents, there are, on the contrary, different educational opportunities for those students who would like to take again or com-plete their educational graduation.
