This contribution aims to describe how the constructs of ‘learning’, ‘training’, and ‘organizational innovation’ have become a scientific heritage that is transversal to the individual disciplinary areas and, while often arising in distant areas to those of pedagogical studies, are today more than ever the signs of a renewed interest in a reading of work contexts as ‘humanistic organizations’. Starting from the three Modernist approaches, Neo-modernist and Postmodernist will describe how attention has grown towards training models capable of enhancing human capital within a theoretical framework that some define as a process of pedagogization of organizations.
