Abstract

The New Agenda for Adult Learning (NEEAL 2030) defines priorities for future educational actions and policies by establishing four pillars: inclusion, sustainability, justice, resilience. In spite of the innovative potential enunciated, the document reveals critical aspects on which it is necessary to propose a pedagogically oriented reflection in order to create a living culture of lifelong learning, generating a comprehensive and personalized approach to adult learning.
