Abstract

The working environment is very important both for the battle against discriminations and for gaining civil rights and respect for individual identities. The likeliness of being subjected to harass-ment or bullying is in fact higher for people that belong to heavily discriminated social groups. The purpose of this article is to present educa-tional experiences directed at detecting and preventing these phenomena, that were reali-sed in 2006-2008 with the clerics of “Nuovi Di-retti” (New Rights) of the CGIL worker's union in Emilia Romagna, and in 2009-2010 with em-ployees from Divisione Lavoro e dei Centri per l’Impiego del Comune di Torino.
