Abstract

The founding of the lifelong learning local net-works (abiding to the fourth article of the law 92/2012) is an important step to the construc-tion of a lifelong learning system, because it promotes and grants the integration of different learning offers (from primary school to higher education, from formal and non formal lear-ning). However, the key for these achieve-ments to last is building a national skills sy-stem, which guarantees the citizens’ free of movement between working life and learning.
